Tell me about it. But the next closest dealer is 400 miles away.
Also an update. I called them just now (because why would they call me?) and they are still not done with the car. I will not be surprised at all if I don't see the car until next week. Or maybe the week after that. Also as they promised to call me back in an hour I will likely have to call them in a couple of hours only to find out that whoever I need to speak to has gone home for the day.

Sorry for the long rambling post. I certainly feel a little better after typing all that out.

I thought about editing and making it look pretty. But I decided to leave it as is. That's how it came out of my brain. It was mostly for therapeutic reasons anyway.
I do occasionally make it over to the Seattle area. We have family in Silverdale. I still have a few friends in the Bremerton area as well(went to Olympic High School).

i have been getting the after service calls for years on my Audi's, Lexus, Alfa's, Porsche's et al (heck, even my Ford Expedition) and can assure you they all go into the same black hole!

From what I understand Audi Spokane is an Autonation dealership. I've seen a similar drop off in service quality in other dealerships once they went to the autonation group.
The last couple of autonation experiences I've had across a couple of different marques were pretty poor - I won't go there any more.
