Smile MMI Owner Manual

Hi i purchased the new 2015 Audi A8 NWB 3.0.
Dealer was showing me how to use the MMI.
He tried to access the owners manual through the MMI but the manual did not exist.
How can i at least download the manual to the MMI?
Thanks i appreciate your help.

If I were you and I purchased a new car and it didn't work I would be visiting with the dealership, and if they didn't help contacting Audi.

MMI is way easier to figure out with the paper booklet regardless but I agree it's a brand new car it should work.

I contacted audiusa and they were helpful I done the reset and nothing and done the factory reset and nothing happened.
She is finding out other option getting the owner manual in the system.
I agree but like to keep the manual at home and be able to use the system integrated manual.
I'll keep an update on the issue.
Thanks and happy 4th of July have a great weekend.

As I recall on my A6, I had to load the manual from the DVD that came with the car. In any case, don't expect too much - it's not really a "manual" but a few basic videos that duplicate what you can view on the Audi website. Nice to watch one time but not very useful and they take up valuable space on the hard drive. Certainly nowhere near the detailed info as found in the printed user guides that come with the car.

Thanks snagitseven.
I guess is not a big deal not having the manual on the mmi harddrive.
Let's see what happens when audi of america calls this week.

Yah, calling it a "manual" is quite a stretch.

I still can't believe, in this day and age, that Audi doesn't offer every manual for every car as a downloadable PDF. One of my few complaints about the company.
