Bleeding brakes '87 4000s (FWD)
My right rear wheel cylinder was leaking badly so I replaced it. Is there a particular order to bleeding the brakes on the car? I'm determined to get to the rear noise problem, but stopping safely seemed a bit more important.
Thanks

I'm sure you've heard it before, but a Motive power bleeder is the only way to fly. I can't believe how much time I used to waste doing it the old way and I still had mushy brakes. They're only like $55 on Amazon with free shipping.
I actually made a cheap version with a spare brake reservoir cap and a hose attached that I could blow air into from a compressor (10-15 psi max), but you need two people to do it that way.

Thanks to all who posted. I really should have remembered this stuff, but it's been forever and a day since the last time I had to bleed brakes. The car is back up and running..... and stopping.... again. On to the next quirk!
