Default Brake Sensor Confusion

I was set to purchase pads and brake sensors for the front at AutoAnything when I discovered that the sensors were actually sold individually making the cost over $40. I thought this was odd and did a general search which turned up prices all over the place.

Parts Geek had different versions and it's confusing to me which one I need but the prices were half amount to in the 20's for both: 13 2013 Audi Q7 Brake Pad Sensor - Brake - Bowa, Carlson, Centric, EBC, Febi, Pex, Sebro, Front, Front Left, Front Right, Rear, Rear Left, Rear Right - PartsGeek

Ebay seems to have them silly cheap which concerns me. The one here being $10 for the pair: New Audi Q7 VW Touareg Porschecayenne 2003 2014 Front Brake Pad Sensor 7L0907637 | eBay

Anyone have a line on a reputable place to get these? I feel like $40+ is more than this should be.

Thanks.

Default Brake Sensor Confusion

I have ebay sensors on mine and they fit just fine, anyways they are rarely reused. Just make sure the plug is correct.

guys, don't mind me entering here to ask about these sensors. My supplier says if the sensor has not been triggered, and esp if the plastic covering it did not scour off, they can be reused.

Can anyone impart their experience on this ? It about USD20 per sensor for me. I recently bought some Mehle Platinum Pads, have not installed yet, but hoping for less black brake dust.

You can "possibly" reuse them if they don't break apart on you when taking them off the old pads. That's the problem.
Front and rears are different lengths, so not easily interchangable. I buy mine on eBay too. Nothing complex about them, they just close the loop.

Thanks. I don't know how to verify the plug as I haven't seen it yet, but the site lists the make/model correctly and the part number seems to line up.
