1) Note that your video is labeled (at the top) 2014 Audi S3 Park Assist; there were/are no 2014 S3's for the US. Also the video shows a car with the steering wheel on the right, definitely not a US-spec thing
2) A review of the 2015 order guide and the online configurator support that notion it is not available in the US

VWVortex.com - Park assist retrofit
Since the 8V is brand new here your best bet is probably one of the Euro forums such as audi-sport.net or tyresmoke.net.
BTW--all A3s have had electricly-assisted steering since the 8P models came out.

Were you able to get any more information about adding self park to the US models? I also have a prestige and would love a DIY software change/module swap to enable the missing feature.
