I have an opportunity to go to Palmer Motorsports Park in Mass with a friend from the Porsche Club in June and I want to see if there is a relatively inexpensive and easy fire extinguisher mount option.

How about under the drivers seat. Perhaps some zip ties to hold wall mount to seat frame. Then snap extinguisher to mount.

If necessary but it would be nice to find a nice purposeful mount. I had a mount for my BMW that bolted to the front seat bolts and could be removed in 5 minutes with a torx driver. It was rock solid and had a quick detach clip and didn't rattle at all.

I've done a lot of HPDE, a lot of them with the porsche club too, you really don't need a fire extinguisher in a street car.
