Hi,

I used to have different phone which connected to Bluetooth right away and I was able to receive text messages too. Now I have an IPhone SE and I can't receive any text messages. I'm Bluetooth connected and I can get phone calls, but why not text messages. It's frustrating. I have been looking it up and nothing's helped yet. Would you please help? Thanks

I got all excited when I saw this and had to go out and set it up immediately. Only problem is it did not work. Looks like you have to have MMI with navigation. That or its just my Galaxy S7. It does not give me the option on the phone to send notifications, and there is no message icon on MMI. Good thing I get very few texts.

To the OP, Linda, do you have navi on your mmi?

I can confirm that this fixed the messages on mine. I can get them, finally. My MMI is more updated than this video's though which may be the case.
