Problems with Bluetooth Dropping Calls
My 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet bluetooth keeps dropping calls. I use a Blackberry cell phone which is supposed to be compatible, but when I bring the car in for service the dealer says the bluetooth is fine and blames the Blackberry. Has anyone else had similar problems? What can be done to fix this?
Also my warranty is about to expire--nearing 50K miles (posted another thread re extended warranty question)--is there anything you would suggest I ask the dealer to check prior to it going out of warranty?

You can try to convince your dealer to update the firmware to the latest version. Bluetooth issues are common and newer versions of the firmware address them. You have a pretty old version if it was never updated since you bought the car. The latest version that's available for the A5 is HN+_US_AU3G_K0814. Came out a couple of months ago.
