Not sure if your issues happened at Audi Lauzon in Laval but my buddy experienced many problems with his RS7.
They once kept the car for few days giving him a basic A3 as a loner...He didn't expect an RS7 but at least an A4 would of been appropriate. He also bought an SQ5 from them so after spending close to 200k at that dealer it was really not happy and called directly the owner.
He now get much better service even if it still not perfect...

Putting 180km on a car for test drive would if drove me insanely mad lol
