Best 1/8" Audio Jack solution for Audio Playback?

Currently I'm using a cassette tape to 1/8" audio jack to play music from my iPhone. The heads will eventually wear and I was wondering what the best solution is. It seems like some people have used the SAT (satellite) button with an adapter connecter running somewhere out from the center dash. I think I've seen someone in Europe hook up an 1/8" female jack fitted in the slot just below the shift gate, next to the emergency brake.

What's the best setup you have seen / used for the allroad / c5 platform?

I appreciate the response. I looked at that product and it looks like it is only part of the solution. It looks like you also have to get a multi-pin adapter. Which multi-pin adapter has to be purchased?
