Default 05 allroad Bluetooth Upgrade

I'm undertaking an OEM Bluetooth upgrade in my '05 allroad with RNS-E and Dension iPod adapter through the cd changer hook-up. Sourced mic, cable (through Kuftec), but still need Audi 8P0 862 335 module. Model year calls for G version but P/N is now up to R version. I have an iPhone 6; can I use the R for best chance of compatibility or should I be safe and use G version? Any advise is greatly appreciated. Cheers, Thom

The newer the better usually since the newer software increases compatibility with newer phones and the RNS-E shouldn't care.

Okay, got my wiring harness from Kufatec but harness doesn't match instructions. Has anyone installed Bluetooth on an RNS-E with the Kufatec harness? If so would like to get your experience and instructions. My harness does not have the ten pin connector that plugs into the back of the RNS-E that I was expecting.
