Dear readers,

since a few days, on startup, the MMI system in my 2011 A6 C6 turns on, and as soon as the MMI menu shows up, it turns off again - I have no music and no access to the car's further functionalities. Funny enough this seems to coincide with the malfunctioning of the little red lights in the buttons around the gearshifter. Perhaps a burned out fuse is causing both problems?

The last time the system worked, the radio was turning on and off a few times, after which the problem got the point where it's now...

It also seems to follow on me trying to unleash the carjack from the back of the car quite strongly - I noticed there's a lot of fuses there too. Perhaps this could be related too?
