Hello guys:

I need help with my 2006 A8L, I have the 4E0 035 111 A CD changer in it, I bought the 4E0 910 110 E CD/MP3 changer direct fit but it will play and pause every one second, I thought the problem was with the CD/MP3 changer so I found another one 4E0 910 110 L but I ended up with the same issue pausing every one second, I recently updated the SW to 4610 but that did not help, any idea what I need to do to get it to work?

Probably too late to help you but it may help someone else -

The CD/MP3 changers in Audi A8s are one of the module types subject to Component Protection [CP]. This is a security measure to try and prevent theft; the replacement module retains the original car's ID and won't work until the CP is removed by a dealer [or someone authorised by VAG].
