Mystery Connector

Mystery Connector
Hi guys,
I recently purchased a 2006 Audi A6 3.2 Quattro. The MMI and control panel are not working. Took out the center counsel and noticed the harness for control panel had been cut off. So I had two harnesses in the glove box that I rigged up. Doesn't snap into place very tightly though. So took out the control circuit board and noticed it is a different part number then what Audi said it should be. The control panel should be 4f1 919 610 R and what is in it now is part number 4f1 919611 N. Could this be my issue. Does the panel that is in the car now require a different wiring harness or could it even work in this vehicle. If I disconnect the battery and reconnect it the mmi screen will come on for a second with welcom screen then go black. All fuses and power sources have been checked and are ok.

Can't figure out how to edit my post. So I am pretty sure like I was saying that I have the wrong mmi control unit in the car. When I removed the center console I also realized there was a couple connectors unplugged as well. One should be connected to cup holder in armrest and one that should be connected to front ashtray like the picture I attached. There is female connector on ashtray though and the cup holder in armrest is gone as well. Then there is this 4prong connector that I took the most photos of that I can't figure out what it plugs into. Does anyone think the ashtray and harmrest connectors not being connected to anything be causing a problem. Also does anyone know what the 4 prong connector should be plugged into. Any info would be really helpful. Thank you
