Default I made it home in one piece....

I couldn't believe I was doing this road trip on my way down to San Francisco, then I couldn't believe 2 fun-filled weeks went by just like that, and now I can't believe I'm home already!

I took the costal highway on the way back, stayed a night in Oregon, then another night in Vancouver, finally got home on Saturday evening. This route added about 5-6 hours to the drive, but only ~100km more, mostly due to slower speed limit, passing through towns and stuck behind single lane traffic.

Anyhow, I'll post some pics later this week when I have time to sort through them!

Default Road trips are fun when the road's fun to drive

Drove out to the east coast (didn't get to Newfoundland) and driving through Cape Breton national park was A LOT OF FUN. Nothing like endless amounts of twisties.

Now driving to Saskatchewan from Toronto is one hell of a boring drive and worse when you know you have to drive back and face 30-34 hours of boring driving.

Default The coastal highway is an awesome drive...

I took that a couple of years ago all the way down to LA then to Palm Springs. From there I also drove Hwy 74 and the Ortega Hwy to Capistrano. One of the best drives I ever had.

I was also by myself, so I could go any way I wanted to...
