I do respect that Audi may have a different or unique workflow, but why should I pay for the work twice (charge gas twice, working hours twice) plus taking the car for inspection till gas leak again & return back for final repair, which is an absolute wasting of time.

Dear Sir,
I want to complain from your Bahrain agency (Al Behbehani motors) regarding my Audi Q7 car.
They want to charge me for the incomplete inspection for the car AC, as they charged a tracking dye & gas, then called me to pay for the working hours & charged materials, and to take the car to use till gas leakage done, then come back to them again to check the leakage source & charge me again for the working hours & repair!!!
Having said that my complaint was suffering from gas leakage after one week from been charged!!!
I requested them to do their own inspection & discover where is the problem & provide a quotation for the total required work as done by any other agancy of multinational brands, but they claimed that they have their own procedures.
