2016 Q5 3.0T Premium Plus Price
Hey, I'm new here and searched for threads on pricing - is that not something you guys do here?
Anyway I'm curious what folks are paying for 2016 Q5 3.0Ts PP as I've gotten a few quotes around $47k and wasn't sure if that was good or bad.

I paid $46.5 for my 2016 q5 3.0 w tech package and sports interior w Daytona gray paint. Push for minimum of 12% below msrp

Where are you getting 12% of the MSRP? I've seen some people say 15%. The best I could get was 10% of the MSRP (+ free 10 year/100k powertrain warranty) and that was not local. The most that people were taking off locally in Ohio was 6%. I know there are additional discounts for loyalty and competitive owners , but I didn't qualify for those.

10% below is what I was quoted when I made an E-Price online inquiry on a 2016 SQ5 w/ Tech, 21", Nappa.
And that was without talking to a SA.
I guess you can get more off if you negotiate ??
I assume the dealers are heavily discounting because the new style (new generation) version is coming out next year ?
Or is it to price match MBZ & BMW ??

I negotiated at the end of August. Got 12% off msrp on 2016 TDI pp listed at 53805 after the conquest and finance incentives. I thought I got a great deal since the dealer had to locate the vehicle, it wasn't on the lot. Wish I waited a month...and tried negotiating post cheat scandal. The torque on this vehicle is extremely addictive.
