VW and Audi 4 cylinder diesels. 3.0 TDI not listed, yet.

This could be huge even if they negotiate a settlement with the EPA. VW has been struggling in the US.

Default 2014 Q5 TDI?

Any impact on the 2014 Q5 TDI? It doesn't sound like a good fix with a loss of HP by reprogramming the engine?

Any news?

I believe so far it's only the 2 liter 4 cylinder TDIs. I surely hope there's not more. For the rest of the U.S. it may not be too bad but this will be huge in California. Isn't there a state that charges a tax based on emissions? It could be a problem there as well.

Sounds like my WRX with no cats, air pumps etc... tuned and turned off monitoring so all readiness monitors read ok. Ironically easier to pass with OBD than the sniffer test.
