Looks like despite the low mileage, it was used a lot. I love our 4.2 Premium, has the same options that one does minus the B&O system and "executive" seating. That one seems to have steel suspension, I don't like how our 3.6 Premium rides on those same 20" wheels (looks great, though). The 4.2 has the standard 19's with the adaptive suspension and it is fantastic. I actually just bought 18" wheels off a 2010 to put on the 3.6. I'd also suspect that the batteries are dead in one or more of the TPMS sensors (light on the dash). Check the sunroof drains, clogged or pinched drains will kill things like the MMI module. Should be about $275 per drain to replace at a dealership.
