how do you...
[QUOTE=savvvy;24873471]Hi guys,
" I'm pretty tech savvy; and was shuffling between the Q7 (great drive/ mediocre tech) and the XC 90 (excellent tech/solid drive)."
"This is my first and probably last foreign car"
and then say its the first and last foreign car you will own.....me thinks there be a blarny rat in the whisky barrel or maybe just a troll!
Unless of course the XC 90 is not a volvo....

Not a troll at all. By shuffling I meant deciding between the new Volvo XC90 and the Audi Q7. My former car is a Lincoln. Lincoln had a similar issue when mylincolntouch was unveiled... but they acknowledged the issue and it was fixed within a couple of weeks. Audi HQ and the dealership are not returning calls and making the issue worse by not being transparent and just bloody fixing it.
I understand that some of you think I'm bitching about the car for no reason. I usually lease cars, this was huge for me to buy (like forever) and the car to barely have 1K miles on it and not work as it should.
I actually came here for help finding the right contact and not to debate the issue of how critical the tech is to the actual use of the car.

I had an Allroad which I documented the issue's and Audi bought it back. Contact Audi direct and let them know that the dealer wanted the loaner back because they couldn't fix it which is just crazy. I my self would take it back in and say along with the tech issues you are having some other issue get the loaner again and don't take it back until they fix the problem or get you a new car or your money back! What state are you located?
