So far I really like my 2012 Q7 except for 2 things, it needs more power (1 of my other cars has 500 hp and the Q7 takes getting used to) and the front seats are comfortable for short trips but I would love to get Recaro VXR sport seats for it. I know these are available in various audi models as an upgrade and wondered if any of you have any knowledge about these. I have heated cooled seats and would like to retain this feature but its not super important. At present if I drive more than 2hrs I have to stop and get out and walk a bit as my hips start to hurt (yes i'm old but not THAT old!)
I can spend all day in the cockpit of a jaguar XKR type r black edition with the recaro seats and would love to put them in the Q7.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I own/owned RRS-SC, X5M and several other vehicles that outperform the Q7 without question however after full exhaust and tune it definitely wakes the vehicle up and puts it on par with the pre-facelift RRS-SC but definitely slower than the post facelift RRS-SC and X5M however to play Devil's Advocate... it isn't competing against those vehicles. (IMO the Q7 went against the MB R-Class & GL along with the full size Plain Jane RR.)
