Found another bug in my new Q

If I retract the screen and bring it back up again it will go back to normal. This colour distortion doesn't happen every time though.

Anyone else getting this?

UPDATE:

Just went to the dealer today and they've did a master reset on the pop up screen, but the problem still persists.

They are going to order a new monitor from Germany and install it in the next few weeks.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

That's the video chip for that monitor going bad or you have a bad connection to the monitor. I would take this in to the dealer along with your pictures. I would also test it a bit and slightly wiggle the monitor (it really is very stable) and raise it up and down several times and see if you can repeat it.

Your's is the first to show up here. I am not surprised they ordered a new monitor however do not be surprised if that does not fix it. A few questions: Does it also do this when you are in camera mode? Does it do this is you play a DVD?

We'll see how they progress with this, I won't be shocked if that doesn't do the fix.

Yes, the distortion happens in every screen including camera, videos, navigation, car play

Yea it the monitor them. I was thinking the connection between a source may have been bad. Keep us updated.
