Quick update - swung by the dealer today and picked up the tool - it was not included in my tool package after all.

Tool kit

Guys, where is this tweezer looking tool supposed to be in this pic? On the upper right hand of the pic, what tool is supposed to go in there? I hate the fact that these things are missing from the car. I'm just thinking some stupid yahoo at the dealership is using them and not putting them back.

Lastly, what is this rectangular plastic tool supposed to be used for?
