Default New South Power Gasket on B5 S4

Has anyone installed a new south power gasket on the b5 s4? If so, what performance gains can I expect and how long does it take to install? Finally, is it worth the money?

I looked into this a while ago as it seems o be a cheap way to add a couple horsepower, only to confirm, that no; there is in fact no cheap way to add power to these cars. The New South has by far the best claims on their website and argues to be the best however after a search in the archives, I came across a couple of posts that noted issues including the gasket actually melting. The phenolics seem to be better suited for this purpose as they have noted better reliability under the operating conditions. With that said, the thicker ones (10mm) sometimes have some fitment issues and thus when I get in there, I am looking to put in a set of the 5mm ones, like those offered by JHM.
