sluggish at operating temp

sluggish at operating temp
01 all stock runs good when its under op temp but when it warms up all the way it runs really sluggish and has no power. I was thinking maybe it was the cts, clogged cats, or a vacuum hose collapsing when the rubber warmed up. if you have any insight on this let me know. thanks
