Default Overheating Issue

Anyone know what this could be, my car has been going one line over the half way point on the temperature gauge and on the AC display it goes from 103c to 107c
The fans only come on when I turn the heater or air on and I dont have any fault codes.
I have replaced the auxilary pump and the coolant temperature sensor and the radiator fan sensor, I have flushed the cooling system and its still getting hot.
I pulled the #16 fuse and both fans come on
Do you think it could be my thermostat or maybe the waterpump or air in the system?

I have had my timeingbelt replaced which they replaced the water pump and thermostat at that time but thats been almost 4 years ago.
I talked to the dealership and they said they should be good for another 70,000 miles ..

Any ideas would be appreciated..

thanks

Nobody has any ideas or suggestions on what to check?
Is there a way to check to see if the water pump is working?

Does the thermostat or water pump throw a code when they go out?

If you open your coolant reservoir (when cold...) you may be able to see the overflow spitting into it. This would be a quick indication the water pump is moving coolant. That doesn't give any indication how many fins are left or possibly broken off, only that some is moving.

And no, thermostat and water pump are purely mechanical devices with no electronic nanny's monitoring or reporting on them directly.
