They have labled this part of the timing belt. My car is missing this and causing noise. Anyone know where I can get one?

What part? One of the numbered ones or the arrow item?

If any of them, you need to buy/access and then read the service manual. None of those items are part of a running version of your engine. They are temporarily used when replacing your timing belt.

I am assuming he is referring to the pin you pull to release the tensioner.
