Default 2000 2.7T Constant Misfire

Is there a channel in VAG COM that has the capability to check performance of the ignition in each cylinder individually. After replacing plugs, coil extensions, and one of the POS modules, I'm still getting a constant misfire. Pulling the wire from the coils made little difference on #1 and #4. I could play the switch game, but prefer to see what VAG can tell me beyone the misfire code. I'm currently on the 512.4 version.

Default block 14 should show cumulative misfires from all 6 cylinders...

15 should show cyls 1-3 and 16 should show 4-6.
