Default Audi TT - Catalyst System problem

Hi,

I'm a new user of VAG-COM (really great tool!).
I have a Audi TT 225hp Quattro. Equipped with a Superchips, a high Air Flow Filter, a complet high flow race exhaust line and the catalysator has been removed.

All is working perfectly, full power, but the only one problem I have is of course due to the cat out, I get all the time a DTC error for the catalyst system, and after few time the "engine light" turn on on the dashboard.

So I'm searching where to modify the value of the threshold for the catalyst system bank 1.

Here is the information I got:

DTC error is:
Control Module Part Number: 8N0 906 018 H
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0004
Software Coding: 10710
Work Shop Code: WSC 01236
Additional Info: TRUZZZ8NZ11027817 AUZ5Z0YD193029
1 Faults Found:
16804 - Catalyst System: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0420 - 35-00 - -

The Oxygen sensor actual learning values for bank 1 (Group 32) are:
- for idle: -0.6%
- for partial load: 0.8%

The Lambda control learning value (group 00) are:
- for idle: 125
- for partial load: 130

Can someone can help me to advise me which group/chanel modify with which value to solve this problem ?
Thanks you very much for your help.

Phil

Default You do not have a catalytic convertor.

That's why the ECU is showing the fault. There is nothing you can modify with VAG-COM to get around that.

Default Threshold min/max values hardcoded

So you want to say that threshold min/max values are hardcoded in the ECU and are not modifiable values ?!

So the onlyone solution (except reinstall a cat) is to modify the value directly inside the Eprom.
Well not problem to reprogram the eprom, but the problem is to find at which address this values are stocked... not so easy :-(

Thanks for your reply Andy.
