Yes, thanks for the clarification here. ..

The K line voltage varies as data is transmitted, but I wanted to try and differentiate that from a constant voltage sourced value.

Found it!

I found a blown fuse - ABS/10A. Also had to replace the radio fuse. Thanks for everyone who helped.
