Elliott's 2003 Audi A4
I am selling my beloved B6 since I have no need or room to keep it with me. It is a 2003, 1.8T that runs great, FWD 5 speed manual trans, with lots of modifications. Mileage is at 141,000 and will not be going up anymore. So much maintenance has been done that you would think it's a sub 75k mile car. Never had an ECU flash, kept mostly stock to make a great commuter/road trip car.
Let's start with the basics, maintenance, etc:
-Oil changes done religiously every 5k miles (have records)
-Every dealer suggested maintenance advice has been performed
-The timing belt/water pump has been changed twice (75k and 130k) so it should be good for a long time
-At 125k I did a stage II ECS clutch kit, all control arms and suspension bushings from FCP Euro, and motor/snub mounts
-Any peeling interior buttons have been replaced
-New battery as of last week
-Various PCV components have been replaced
-No turbo shaft play, this car was driven easily
-Doesn't burn any oil or coolant
-Hasn't had a check engine light in over 3 years
-All electronics, windows, stereo, etc work as they should. Never had any electrical gremlins.
The notable modifications include:
-S4 rear bumper, rear spoiler, and door blades
-USP front bumper conversion and painted lower rocker panels
-Joey-modded (de-chromed) headlights, lamin-X'd fog lights
-Thule Roof Rack with bike/snowboard attachments
-4" exhaust tips
-Two tone leather interior conversion
-Woodgrain steering wheel to match interior trim
-20% tinted windows
-RS4 swaybars and sport suspension with B5 perches (handles amazingly)
-All weather floor mats
And where it could use some attention:
-Windshield has a crack (usually insurance will replace for free)
-Some minor road rash/parking scuffs on the bumpers
-Passenger fender has rock chips
-Air bag light is on due to this TSB (DIY: B6/B7 Airbag light (Audi TSB))) The dealer should cover repair at no cost. It's an easy fix
-Minor curb rash on a couple of the wheels
-Small crack on drivers seat bolster, hasn't gotten any bigger in 3 years
I will also be including some parts if the right price is met. I have $600 in parts alone, including powdercoated valve cover, O2 sensors, crank sensor, tons of maintenance parts, specialty tools, etc that will go with it for the DIYer. The car is in Richmond, VA, will ship if you arrange the logistics. Again, it is a car with 140k miles on it so it isn't perfect but it's a great car for the price and it should have no problems going to 250k miles with the right caring owner.
Please PM me with any questions and I will do my best to get you any information you need. Thanks for reading!
