The Audi 4000S is overlooked and largely forgotten today. But this is one classic 1980s German sedan I’d gladly have back.

Picking the Audi S8 for Ronin was an inspired choice. Not only did the movie showcase the big Audi’s performance but helped establish Audi’s reputation for building big, fast, performance cars.

People miss the point when they say the Audi TT is not a sports car. It’s something better – a timeless driver’s car. And with US sales ending this year, one we will sadly miss.

We’d love to know the A6 E-Tron’s unofficial Nurburgring lap times – But as it gets closer to launch, we’d settle for some seat time.
