I took off my blow off valve and it is full of milky white oil and water combo any idea why??

Its called intake blow by..it's gassy smelly light brown stuff. It comes from the PCV system recirculating exhaust fumes per emissions requirements. A good oil catch can system will help and also protect your intake valves. I usually drain about 5 oz. every few months.
