Can someone please tell me what this means before i rip my hair out.

I don't know what it means, the gas gauge won't go up, if says 0 miles, and I'm google isn't helping. I'm about to lose my ****. Please help!!!

Add gasoline to the fuel tank and window washing fluid to the washer tank.
Also, it's fifty-five degrees Fahrenheit.
