in-line transmission filter?
I'm having the dealership replace my transmission under 3rd party warranty. They want to also replace the Transmission's in-line filter for 619$. They say the part is $350 alone. Is there another filter that i'm missing here? Is this not the normal Automatic Transmission Oil Filter?

I just purchased filter, pump and 4 qts of synt trans fluid for $98
I would ask to see parts, part numbers and schematic of where these parts/numbers are on trans.
I would then address with owner as these boys are lying...
