Did you ever get any responses? I just finished installing the kit in my 02 TT. Would be happy to answer questions for you. Don't know about 1/4 mile times yet. Still trying to work out a fuel issue so the car will start.

Hey,how you doing,no I havent seen to much about installed kits, and thanks a bunch for writing.Whats this with your fuel system? You installed a 3+ kit and now your car wont start, any clues as to what it might be?how did your install go,was it as simple as APR says?wow thats a really horrible feeling,to go thru all that work, only to turn the key and get nothing. What exhaust do you have, Im waiting on a blueflame I ordered a week ago,my cars sitting on jackstands in anticapation.goodluck.

Well all of the "bugs" are worked out. Just received my ECU back from APR (second time)they had to reflash because the incorrect software was installed. Now the EMCS functions work. So I"m ready for a test drive. The weather has been bad, so I'm going to try today. I'll let you know what happens. However, I can tell you that even in "stock Mode" the car is much more responsive above 3,200 rpm than it was before with GIAC software I had installed. I liked the GIAC chip as well.

thanks but its gonna be a daily driver,160 miles a day.Im interested just so that I have An idea as what to expect as far as speed vs. cost.I also have an 05 GTO so im really hoping that for $7000 im easily going to match and hopefully outrun that car. I havent seen any times on this kit I guess I should call APR.

Good to hear,Weathers bad?what state are you in?Installed my blueflame exhaust in preparation for the kit, very nice system.I like it better than Borla's.Im glad your happy with the APR chip, this time around I was wonedring which co. to go with, some companies claim 40 hp fm. a chip, to excessive? I went with APR.

When I posted last we were experiencing a lot of rain in Tn. Anyway, sounds like your making good progress on your upgrades. The stage3+ kit is everything APR states it is. I haven't had much time to really put some numbers to it, but the torque is amazing. The car behaves very "stock like" until you hit around 3,35o rpm and then the power comes on and the true potential of the 1.8T comes out. The kit in my opinion is well worth the investment. I'm sure the upgrade will help me acheive another 20-30 mph on the long back straightway at Road Atlanta. By the way, keep your eye out I'm planning on listing some of the perfomance parts I had to replace with the APR kit on E-bay.
