Default At a dead end. Dont know what to do next.

Hi all, I posted about my troubles a little while back, to which i have done several things since then to correct the problem to no avail.

The car is a 1997 A4Q 2.8 with approx. 245,000 km's on it. It all started many months ago when i noticed a rattle in one of my cats, and soon after there was also a leak in the mesh braid on it, making everything sound horrible. Other than that the car was running fine. I saved up and bought 2 direct fit cats from a local exhaust shop for 900 bucks, and picked up 4 new bosche o2s to do at the same time since i felt it was time (no codes re: o2 were being thrown at the time). My neighbour bolted the new cats on and installed the o2s. Right after the install the car would run for maybe 5 minutes and then the rpms would slowly dip until it stalled. After a few restarts and subsequent stalls, it threw these codes;

16534 oxygen Lambda sensor B2 S1
Malfunction in Circuit
16688
16689
16690
16684
- all of which relate to misfires

I figured that maybe that one of the 02s i bought was bad, so i replaced the passenger pre- cat o2 with the original. Started it up. Car no longer stalled out, but after running for several minutes it would start misfirin like crazy again and go through periods of low rumbly shaky running and than instantly smooth out and rev up normally for several seconds before sputtering again. It was at this point that i had made my previous Post MikTip had suggested to me that perhaps it was plugs/wires. Since they were due and my valley pan was leaking i decided to wait and do all of that 1st. Since then i have done:
Plugs (Rapid 9's)
Wires
valley pan, intake manifold, throttle body, egr gaskets
replaced all the vac lines
new air filter
new battery
Cleaned everything meticulously!

Fuel filter is the only thing i have that i have not installed (not sure if the fuel filter could cause this issue)

Started is up last night... Exact same problems And throwing same codes!
My Bentley is offline right now cause my main pc is dead, I looked for a crack so i could at least run it on my laptop to get an idea as to what to do next. But Alas ebahn reader seems to be the only uncracked software i have ever seen.

Anyhow sorry for the superlong post (if you even made it this far) But can anyone Help?

Default the fuel filter would be easy enough to change

Might as well try replacing it.

DAMN - you paid $900 to install 2 cats? I paid $100 for 2 new universals and $200 to install them with my custom exhaust.

I recomend not spending 900 dollars like above post.

I spent 400 Canadian for 1 signal magnaflow cat and 2 flex pipes and a resonator.

It all looks like this...
