EGR System Plugged
I finally figured out someone had plugged the vacum line to the EGR. The car runs okay but the CEL is on.
Put the vacum line on the EGR and the car runs rich.
Why would someone do this?
Could this have contributed to engine problems?

That cost me big....
I had my system clog and I think the code was like 401 or something like that and it was because of this stupid *** corn gas up here in iowa for 2 years of schooling it cost me $291.00 to get it cleaned from an independant place but Audi wanted at least 4 hours on the car and maybe more costing from $400.00-$600.00. The guy said my system was so bad he had to take the whole system apart and basically clean everything. If Audi would have done it I bet it would have been mega $$$
