GOOD NEWS!
Ok stop all this bickering, As most of you know I am the kid that had everything that could go wrong go wrong with my pulley install.
Well i brought if over to one of my friends tonight and a 5ft cheater bar with 300lbs of weight pushing down on the tensioner broke it free, we were able to remove the old pulley put the new one in with New Bolts!
Runs like a champ, like mance said nothing 100% feel able but revs do drop quicker and throttle is a bit more snappier. One more step as they say.

Haha, I was one step away from ripping off that dam fan shroud, ended up with some pretty good knuckle busters.
