I spent a few hours with a die grinder and flapper wheels through-out various stages of the assembely. despite the "cobbiness" on the outside, the inside is very fluid. Once i finish the outside, I think i will have them ceramic coated.

Default any way you could make them 3 to 1 instead of that design. and if you can, try and make them equal

length.

Default or atleast have the pipe get bigger as you add in the other paths. or curve to angle the exhuast

the proper way out. instead of it just trying to go where ever.

Default look up and turbo manifold. the more $$$ ones are all equal length. so that there is always air

hitting it. doesn't matter the order of the cylinder fire because when there isn't air from one. there is air from another.

Default Not entirely true..

It all depends on what kind of characteristics you want the engine to have.. and have you thought about the exhaust gas pulses?
