If I was to tackle TB cleanup, would I need any gaskets replaced, or can I reuse the old ones?

What about the EGR valve? Should I clean it while I'm in there?
All that talk about rought idle got me back into "cleaning" mode. Cleaning the ICV didn't really help.

Get new gaskets EGR and TB is less than $8 at the dealer..
Clean the EGR valve but also clean the EGR passage at the same time once you have EGR and TB off.

Get a can of BG Air Intake System cleaner...
While your at it, do your oil breather lines. They come off of the back of the valve covers ond go inot the plenum, theyre probabaly caked with sludge.
After you do all the cleaning and have everything back together, loosen up the clamp for the MAF-to-Plenum hose and stick the spray tube in through where the clamp to the point where you can get the spray tube in facing toward the plenum and have no air leakage... Run the car and let it warm up just a little. While its running, spray in the cleaner in spirts, use the whole can if you want.
After your done take the car for a spin.
