Need NHL seating advice. My anniversary is coming up soon & my wife & I are wanting to celebrate it on the weekend after Christmas in Dallas since she'll be home for 2 weeks. She wants to go to a Stars game while we're there. They're playing the Predators on the 26th at the American Airlines Arena, so that'll work out fine. She doesn't want to be too close, but not too far either. I think I'm gonna go with the Platinum Level--Center Ice, but I've never been to an NHL game & the arena is huge so should I only go for these seats, or do you think others would be just as well? I don't like the corners however. A frozen piece of rubber flying at my face at 90 mph doesn't appeal to me very well, even though I would like a game puck.
