I've done the "darkened garage test" and determined that there is no spark.

I think this green guy here on the bottom is the culprit. I disconnected these to move the lock carrier around in my garage.

(These live under the PS reservoir cover)

But, I can't find the other end of the connector. Where does it run to?

Ah yes, there's a connector that goes nowhere. I never found out what it's for (Maybe it's a connector to hook up headlight levelers?).

or get it seated properly?

That or the cam shaft position sensor would be my bets.
