Pikes Peak 2005
Since Mance mentioned the Pikes peak Audi of 2005 i have been putting in a few hours on google trying to find the car!
Mance, is this the car you were talking about? and if so, do you know where to find some videos from tha actuall race?
And finaly where can i find some facts about the car.

That's actually a collection of all 2005 ralleys/hillclimbs with just a few snippets of the PPHC...
wrong engine for this forum but definately the right one for what we built that car to do. We also won class at the One Lap of America event with a 2000 B5/S4 bi turbo the year before campaigning the AAN/A4 Hill Climb car and winning Pikes Peak. That one was a road race car that's still running events like Targa Newfoundland every year. And "may" go back to the One Lap event this year just to test it against the newer Audis and BMWs.
I've got all the "One Lap" car's driveline pieces in here now converting it to one-piece, lightweight driveshaft as well as all lightweihgt/motorsports lapped, honed & polished driveshaft and axle CVs.
2 years ago you couldn't swing a cat without finding LOTS of pics/vids on the hillclimb car. Today its "old" news.

Nice to see ....
Nice to see what you really can do! I remember a couple of years ago a Swede, Per Eklund did the Pikes Peak with a Saab Viggen(700hp), and he said that it was like nothing else he ever had done before.
