Default To add a little fun to the mix, the early '92 is even a bit differant. There's an extra fitting on

it IIRC. Saw this on Bmthorn's 12v.

Default strange as I have two 93 IM's and both have EGR provisions in the IM...

Wonder if that might be some strange Canadian-only thing? Both have yellow junkyard paint markings that say "1993 Audi V6" so I have no way of knowing if they were originally from a B/C chassis.

Default I'd say there's a pretty good chance yours are from a 93 c4.

or a later b4 90

Default There again Audi is capable of anything. My 95 B4 90 came with a small-bore 471 (non A) MAF

But I was curious as to how/why Bmthorn might say/think "there was a pretty good chance my IMs were from a C4?" Whats the "key" aspect in what I wrote about them that might make them a "better-than-even chance" to have originated on a C4 rather than B4? I'm trying to understand specifically what would make that the most likely source? I'm obviously missing something I'd like to know about.
