Remotes on 97 A4 (Our cars but not engine related so maybe a tad OT)
So I have a 97 12v A4 now and I have a question. My particular model has no sunroof which means my fat head fits but unfortunately therefore has no keyless entry. Does anyone know if the car is equipped to handle remotes if I buy them? There are instructions for coding the remotes in the tech section but I'm unsure whether my car even has the receiver for the remotes.

Look for one of these...

under the rear seat. The seat just lifts out. This one is from a '96 and it may be different as the two years do not share the same central locking system.
