Personally I'd start with the head gaskets, and work from there.
If it made it 20k with a bad head gasket it should go another 50-100k with a good one.
If I was going through the trouble to take the engine out of my car, there would be something bigger going back in ;p

Re: the 90 is an AFC. what kind of problems are you having?
As for my swap I'm running but with NO idle it doesn't even try. I have checked my vacuum thoroughly also cleaned my ISV and swapped coolant sensors.
