you've pretty much nailed it. Except the o-rings come with the S3MAF rather than the throttle body..
I still havent updated the site and am probably going to ask someone from here to take over the duty of updating and maintaining. Or I'm gonna kill it altogether. As of today the site is pretty much worthless as far as content, updating yadda-yadda.
And I do have some pretty tasty items looming large on the not-too-distan horizon.

Dremel is too small to do any serious grinding work with...
for most things we're doing you'll need a die grinder with 1/4" collet so you can find the proper burs and extensions. I keep one flex-shaft electric Dremel and the new Lithium Ion cordless one around but they're only for touch-up and light duty work. For the serious stuff it's GOTTA be a die grinder. Prices hover from less than $10 at Ebay to over $3k for the REALLY good stuff. But you need something in the 4-6amp range, preferrably with foor-pedal speed control and accepts 1/4" shank burs.
Probably the best for the money and most dynamic tools you can find for the job are Foredom "H-series" flex shaft grinders. But it MUST be an "H" series (Heavy duty shafts and handpiece). They are rare used at Ebay but 2-3 a month show up. It'll do it all from very fine/precise to heavy duty. One the most reliable, trouble free and well built flex shaft tool in the world. New retail hovers near $300 for motor, shaft and dual sealed ball bearing continuous duty handpiece.

If you're interested...
I'd be willing to take on, or assist with the website. I figure it might be an opportunity to get back in your good graces. I won't charge (as long as you don't expect miracles) and I can send you examples or other work. Just a thought.
