Threw a Code today

Coming back from a friends house my Cel comes on, so when I get home I vag the car and get "EGR Insufficient Flow" so i'm thinking I probably have to clean it? Also after I cleared the code I took the car back out and drove for about 10 minutes and no Cel, should I just drive it and pass it off as a fluke? or do something?

I have had that same code and have cleared it twice.

Re: How long does it take?

How long does it ususally take to clean the EGR? the only thing i've done on my engine is replace the snub mount and replace my valve cover gasket on my passenger side oh BTW I have a 1996 A4
