velocity stack
After lots of searching and reading here on bored maf's and velocity stacks...
My understanding - if you bore out your maf you need a velocity stack to "smooth" or "condition" the air flow to the maf sensor. Is that correct?
I see ref's to cone filters with VS's built in. I saw ram air setups with one DIY'd into the air filter box. How does this interact with the MAF sensor? Is there a new connection? Do you create a new connection? That's the info I can't find.
